Recently, BlackDog Advertising was invited to attend Partners Ignición, an exclusive Google Partners event in Miami. The workshop was a unique opportunity to learn more from top Google executives in an intimate setting and stay on the cutting edge of Hispanic marketing. Many big brands have already switched to responsive website design including Sony, Microsoft, Disney, Starbucks, Time Magazine, Qdoba, Mountain Dew and more. Why are all these big companies redesigning to be responsive? According to multiple studies, including a study on the new Mashable.com responsive site, tablet users are expected to outnumber desktop users within the next two years.
You only have 140 characters on Twitter, so make them count. The symbol “#” on Twitter is known as a hashtag. Adding a hashtag in front of a phrase makes it searchable and categorized. Users can then search for these categories and participate in conversations of interest. In the image below, #marketing is an example of a Twitter hashtag in context.
