BlackDog Advertising is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate/Statistical Analyst

Responsibilities will include assisting with strategy and implementation of organic and paid digital campaigns, assisting in generating and analyzing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and monitoring campaign performance based on client goals.

Qualified candidates should have experience with Google Ads/Analytics and familiarity with creating custom reports. Candidate must be well spoken, possess outstanding organizational and communications skills and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Looking for Candidates with the Following Attributes & Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in business, marketing, advertising, or related
  • 1-2 years of client services/agency experience working in online marketing, and more specifically, Search Engine Marketing
  • Prior Google Ads and/or Analytics Certifications Required
  • Strong math, statistical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter; experienced managing projects from start to finish
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
  • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Social media marketing is a plus
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with the Mac OS X platform
  • Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) with emphasis on Wordpress

Job Summary

  • Optimize website for search engines
  • Create and optimize content marketing campaigns
  • Create and optimize paid search, display, and paid social campaigns
  • Pull and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Monitor campaign performance based on client goals
  • Analyze key performance metrics
  • Work within several industry verticals: Travel & Tourism, Ecommerce, B2B, Finance

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage multiple clients and accounts
  • Collate data and create reports and tracking for campaigns
  • Track and report budget pacing, account performance and project tasks
  • Budget management
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copy writing
  • Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates, ROAS, CPL, etc.
  • Work directly with Sr. Marketing Managers on account strategies

Software Knowledge

  • Proficient in Mac operating system
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Sprout, and/or similar software programs is preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field or comparable professional experience

Position Details:

  • Full time position
  • Hours: 9am - 6pm EST
  • Monday - Friday
